Contest Entry 2 - Nightmare

This is my second Contest Entry for the Gears of War 3 contest!

I finally finished this one I hope you all enjoy!

I personally like this one much better! This image shows Marcus
in the rain as the city behind him disintegrates into a point of light
in the sky. A horde of locusts in the shadows march from that
destruction towards Marcus as if he were living in a nightmare
of no end. He kneels to the rain drenched ground as he bleeds
from his wounds. His blood drips down onto the broken pavement
as it mixes with the water to form a glowing gear, which symbolizes
Marcus's will and power to fight. It's a nightmarish scene, much
like his own personal ones, though what he is fighting for is shown
brightly on the ground before him; he is a fighting Gear. His reflection
is reflected in the center of the glowing gear; he absent of weakness,
for he will conquer the Locusts for the freedom of humanity and the
world.
